Social Networking App to connect people based on similar interests

 

 Abstract:

• We are developing an app to connect users that share common interests.
• This app provides a platform for healthy discussion and meet up with new people around the world.
• We are using  tools such as Java , C , HTML 5, PHP for development .
• The goal of this blog post is to give a detailed view of the features of the app.

Here is a brief explanation of the abstract:

1.Welcome page:

" It's a glad welcome we bring to you this community, filled with the desires,

hopes and dreams we all share." 

• To get to know much about this app, client gets to see the features they can experience in this app. 

2.Sign Up: 

• When a new user wants to use the application, they must signup first.
  
• For  doing so, the user has to give their personal details such as name, e-mail, username and password.

3. Login:

• Once registered user can directly log into the application .
• If the correct credentials are provided the user will be guided to the interests page.

4. Interest page:

• This is a page that lists a variety of topics for the user to choose from which they are passionate about.

5. Home page:

• User will be directed to a page where  contents based on their interests will be displayed.
• This is a page open for discussion and interaction with other users who have similar interests.

6.Database:

• We are using MYSQL where user credentials are stored and will be accessed to check if it matches when a user tries to login.
